Today, 4.12.2016, our Pooka, Thistlebe Them There Eyes at EblanaHalls Sh.CM went Reserve Best in Show at West Lothian 150 Class Open Show.
What a journey we went on from winning the very strong AVNSC terrier class under terrier judge Rachael Wray (Perrault), to going on to win Terrier Group 1.
I never handle Pooka but as Orlagh was away for the day, I had to rise to the challenge and I have to admit I don’t think I showed her to her full potential at all!
Best in Show judge was Mrs S Williams (Wilmerella) and made Christmas come a little early for us.
Many many thanks to both judges for believe in our girl!
As I handled Pooka, Patrick Vaughan stood in and handled Shoogle and went on to win reserve in the av puppy stakes class.
It was a great day and we had lots of support, we definitely felt as though we were among friends.
